Company History
For 30 years, the name Armstrong has gone hand-in-hand with quality paving
projects in the Greater Milwaukee area. As a locally-owned family business, we offer superior workmanship in both commercial and residential projects.
Frank has been in the paving and construction business for many years, starting off fresh out of college working for White Construction Group in Chicago.
In 1960, he moved north, calling Milwaukee home and starting a full-service
construction company with partners. In 1978, Frank branched off and established his own paving company, which we know today as Frank Armstrong Enterprises.
Type of Business
We are a full-service asphalt paving company for both residential and commercial
projects. Our company consists of three divisions: asphalt paving, asphalt
maintenance and sporting court construction. From parking lots to tennis courts,
we bring the same level of quality to each project.
